Our handshake agreement for delivering value

myPerforma is an AMS application for performance indexing to communicate unique mindset intelligence (IQ) and emotional (EQ) quality metrics with signature scoring to communicate character, culture, and identity in sports. myPerforma creates an autonomous athletic performance profile and resume transcript for athletes, coaches and teams.

The insights your organization deserves with every game

Work hard, play hard

It all starts with providing a Reflective Evaluation Conversation About Performance (RECAP) to replace the common rants and raves that often occur after games and competition. Our mission, simply put, is to improve the athletic preparation and development of athletes and coaches in sports around the world.

Visionary team

We began as individual coaches looking for a common tool to improve our sports teams. We've become a team that builds amazing technology for a more connected athletic community. Our platform rests on effective, routine athlete-reported feedback known as MPIs to provide a foundation for both features and improvement.
